1. Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Refunds

• Cash Refunds: If you request a refund, we offer a cash refund for the returned items if the return is made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method or, in some cases, as cash (if requested).

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

• Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• To exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

• Step 1: Contact our customer service team at berry1000customercare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

• Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

• Step 3: Pack the item securely and send it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will either process your refund or send the exchange item as per your request.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
